Breakbulk handler A.R.T. Logistics has delivered a cargo of energy equipment to Tengiz and Aksai in West Kazakhstan.
The outsized shipment comprised seven units, with lengths of up to 27 meters and heights of five meters. The project was completed using telescopic and modular trawls and involved transport of almost 60 tonnes of cargo.
“After a year of preparation work, route planning, and coordination with shippers, consignee and local authorities … ART logistics carried out one of the largest logistics projects in Kazakhstan energy sector in 2019,” a spokesperson for A.R.T. Logistics said.
The firm is a member of the WCA network, a breakbulk association which connects project cargo forwarders globally.
