Project cargo specialist deugro Group said it plans to expand its mining business services with an increased focus on breakbulk transport for the global mining supply chain.

Ivan Rodrigues de Souza will lead efforts to expand the group’s portfolio following his appointment as corporate vice president. He joins deugro from Geodis, where he was global segment leader.

Headquartered in Germany, deugro operates a network of more than 70 offices worldwide and provides project forwarding, general cargo, airfreight and customs clearance services as well as warehousing and consulting.
