Implements Jotun Anti-fouling HPS System
Breakbulk shipping line Wallenius Wilhelmsen has signed an agreement with technology developer Jotun to implement its Hull Performance Solution (HPS) across its fleet and target fuel savings.
The HPS features SeaQuantum X200 antifouling with technical and digital solutions to accurately measure and improve hull performance. Jotun estimates that the system can lead to fuel consumption reduction of up to 20 percent.
